All content, graphics, designs, logos, text, and materials provided by cVisions Global Inc. are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You may provide content, logos, or other materials (“Client Content”) for use in your project. By submitting Client Content, you grant cVisions Global Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering agreed-upon Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide such materials.
Fees for Services are outlined in individual agreements or invoices. Payment terms will be provided prior to engagement. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
At cVisions Global Inc., we stand by the quality of our work. We guarantee our Services with the expectation of delivering positive results aligned with the scope of work in your agreement. If positive results are not achieved, we will not continue to work with the client.
Except as expressly stated in Section 7, our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees beyond the scope of our written agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cVisions Global Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you under the applicable agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, breach your agreement, or engage in unlawful activity.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
